🚨 Anthropic ha anunciat que el seu nou model conservarà els prompts durant 30 dies 🫪. Això ha reobert un debat molt més profund que va més enllà d’una sola empresa.

Durant anys hem comparat la IA pels benchmarks. Qui és més intel·ligent? Qui programa millor? Qui escriu millor? Més ràpid?

Però ara entren en joc noves preguntes:

1️⃣ Qui guarda les teves dades?

2️⃣ Durant quant temps?

3️⃣ Qui decideix quins temes són sensibles?

4️⃣ Hi ha transparència sobre la moderació?

5️⃣ Es poden auditar aquestes decisions?

6️⃣ Pots executar el model dins de la teva empresa?

7️⃣ Quina jurisdicció protegeix la teva informació?

📄 Quan una empresa envia a una IA els seus contractes, campanyes, patents, idees, plans de producte o recerca, no està comprant només intel·ligència. Està dipositant confiança.

I aquí apareix el veritable debat:

⚖️ Centralització o obertura?

🔍 Transparència o caixa negra?

🌍 Sobirania digital o dependència?

📊 Els benchmarks continuaran sent importants. Però la propera batalla de la IA es decidirà també per una altra cosa:

🔐 La confiança. A quin país?

La governança està deixant de ser només una qüestió legal. S’està convertint en una característica del producte. Tan de bo en tinguéssim una de catalana o europea. Veient que no hi ha seguretat garantida, amb qui ens quedem?
