You fail to see the bigger picture. Money is power, yes. But if you take away the money, it will be replaced with something else (e.g. monarchy). So far, money/capitalism is the least worst option because it's the most accessible to everyone.

Yes, a visa is required. There are companies that provide the invitation. Also not out of the question to have a contact there who could invite him -- he has a lot of followers.
About the screening, that is a formality unfortunately. It happens coming into other countries too, such as the US. The screening is more about questioning your purpose of visit, etc.
