@BritishGasHelp Already done this about half an hour ago. So far, you Ash and Dave have spoken to me and nothing has happened. I've sent a copy of the bill with name address and account No. To your DM. I've also emailed you executive office.

@BritishGas I've now sent you all the information. I don't want to waste any more time on this unless you intend to compensate me. I am, regardless of how this turns out, going to have to report you to the Energy Ombudsman now, though. This is infuriatingly ridiculous.

@BritishGas@BritishGasHelp If I've gone to the trouble of searching my correspondence to write a timeline of events on your advice only to receive an automated response as the only reply, I won't be best pleased. Please note that I keep ALL correspondence with British Gas, as you clearly can't be trusted.
@BritishGas It's also probably in your interest to email me so I can forward you the previous email exchange, and you can see what you've previously agreed to, accepted, and apologised for.

@FuzziePieRat@BritishGas@ScottishPower I'm sorry they've caused you problems too, but unfortunately it doesn't surprise me. Years ago, I took out their insurance. For what turned out to be a replacement part for about ยฃ60, to them involved a new boiler and a ยฃ700 power flush that I didn't need.
