🚨 DAY 2 — HELPING TRADERS & PROP FIRMS RESOLVE CASES

EQUITY EDGE PAYOUT CASE

A trader says @EquityEdge denied his payout after he reached a 100% gain, then disabled his account over alleged “group trading.”

The reason given?

“The Risk Team identified the same device being used across accounts belonging to different users.”

But when the trader asked for evidence, he says Equity Edge refused to provide login logs, timestamps, or security records.

The trader claims:
• All accounts were purchased and paid for by him
• All accounts were traded by him
• No specific account with matching trades was shown to him

So the questions are:

If multiple accounts are accessed from one device, does that automatically mean “group trading”?

If the firm has evidence, why not provide enough information for the trader to understand the violation?

And if the evidence cannot be disclosed, how can a trader properly challenge the decision?

The trader also says the explanation changed from copy trading → group trading → account management.

Now, she claims she is being asked to remove his post, raising concerns about further account action.

What should happen when a trader raises a payout dispute — clarification and evidence, or pressure to take the post down?

Trust is built through results, not slogans.

This is Day 2 of documenting trader concerns and giving both sides an opportunity to respond.

So if you don’t have huge capital, don’t let that stop you. Get a prop firm account and focus on consistency.

If you can consistently make 3–4% a month on a prop firm account, you’re already performing better than most traders out there.
