@CredibleCrypto Lol that is literally the only thing holding me back..I am just at the 1 year holding period on CRV which greatly reduces my taxable gains when I realize them...I need to think about it I guess. Thank you!
@DeanTTraining I try to hit most of my carbs before workout. Remainder of the day os mostly protein. Keeping it to 2000 calories per day. TDEE is typically 2800 calories.
@DeanTTraining Im a fat fude trying to loose weight. I workout around 10am. I wake up and consume a bowl of oats with blueberries. Then a banana approx 30 mins before workout. Am I doing it right?
