Je voyage de plus en plus souvent entre Nice et Bruxelles avec @easyJet et leurs avions ont presque systématiquement entre 2 et 3 heures de retard...

@easyJet I’m very disappointed to read that a pregnant woman with a 2 year old child was denied boarding for ‘abusive’ language for sayinga member of staff was ‘twisted’ l. Sometimes staff get a bit above themselves and believe they’re untouchable, to the detriment of customers.

Absolutely appalling from @easyJet . Have paid for a flight to Aberdeen with my partner and baby. Have had to pay full price for our baby and don’t even get 3 seats, she has to sit on one of our laps! No one wants to sit in a row with a couple & infant. Please address this!!

Never known a claims department like @easyJet . They do anything not to pay.
Told us to resubmit the claim 5 times now and everytime I do, I get an email (after chasing it up) saying please resubmit. What a joke.

Dear @easyJet, please educate your staff on your guitar policy, twice recently I had to argue and prove that I was allowed to bring an instrument on board as ‘large cabin bag’, provided it met the requirements which it did. I did this using YOUR website stating YOUR policy

Hi. I had a flight delayed over 4 hours recently due to a technical fault with your plane. You have just emailed me and denied compensation whilst also lying and stating this was due to air traffic control.
