@llFenll@WokeFDR I disagree with “so most will press blue.”
My parents may press Red.
And if I press Blue and I am the one in the family who dies for nothing, they would kill me 😂
Calling people “low IQ” doesn’t steelman your point either. You are framing hypotheses to justify your choice.
@llFenll@WokeFDR “50% or less and you will die: now choose”
is literally the purest definition of a gamble.
There’s a choice attached to a probability leading to an outcome.
@BrianPeter61854@max_spero_ Can be read both ways (interesting), because it’s orthogonal to the initial problem:
Red: I get WMA to survive in case of war. (won’t be attacked/ fear)
Or
Blue: if 50% of the world have nukes, we all survive (no war/cold war). Countries without nukes will be eradicated.
@that_horla@uubzu The core hypothesis of “Blue voters” is that potentially kids and other innocent people may click blue. Hence we need to save them. Hence you cannot pick Red.
Morally honest and makes sense.
But it’s a side hypothesis, a new branch of the problem. A self induced addition.
@uncatherio It depends on your initial knowledge or personal hypothesis of how many people pushed (or will push) Blue regardless.
(Kids and “poor souls”, the core of tue dilemma)
