@realEstateTrent Just curious, isn’t it a massive bell curve where existing suburban small office that aren’t high-end are struggling hard or is that demand trickling down to those?
@seandsweeney -If driving in you can always find free parking somewhere, there’s a shuttle all over IS side that helps
-Lewiston cute town a few miles north of NF is way better for nice meals and walking around
-Buffalo airport you can show up 20 minutes before your flight (not advive)
@seandsweeney -Bring a change of clothes, you will get wet
-Jetboar tour is like a massive waterpark ride, my favorite thing to take ppl to up there
-Both US and CA sides have cool hikes down the gorge to see the rapids
-US side town mostly sucks, CA town mostly touristy
“Tell him to enter the password he knows is correct. Inform him it is incorrect. Invite him to reset it. Watch as he enters the password he believed it to be all along. Then tell him he cannot use it… because it is his current password.”
@theWrz@seandsweeney Sorry to be like this, but do not go to Anchor Bar if you want good wings. Just because they were the first doesn’t mean they do it right.
Maid of the mist and cave of the winds are cool, the Whirlpool Jetboat tour is awesome if you want a bit more exciting/adventurous
@seandsweeney If you want an audiobook, I feel like you’d enjoy Greenlights by Matt McConaughey.
It’s his autobiography(that he narrates), you’d probably connect with some of the acting pieces and he has funny stories + interesting philosophies.
On the fun side vs an educational book/podcast
Paris' waterfront was dedicated to cars just over 20 years ago. Now, it's one of the world's best public spaces.
When we remove all of the excuses about why we can't do this or that thing, you realize how easy it is to build better cities. It's all about priorities!
Given we no longer build walkable cities and that 40% of buildings in Manhattan are illegal to build today per zoning code, this is unironically correct.
Park Ave. got its name because a century ago it had a literal park in the median.
Now, at last, the park is coming back (from E.46th to E.57th). With reduction of two lanes of traffic, there will be wider sidewalks, an urban forrest in the median, benches, space for cultural programming, potentially a bike lane etc.
There are two final designs and you can vote on which you prefer. Take the survey here: https://t.co/T0fLjz2Ral
