Best of luck to one of our Lady Knights, @MyaGreene11 , as she has surgery today to repair her torn ACL. Losing her for the season has been a big hit to our Royal Fam, but we have no doubt she will be back stronger than ever! She is tough, she is relentless, she is Royal!

It’s pretty obvious the .@NFL doesn’t want small market teams to be successful. .@Buccaneers have been hosed on missed calls today. Obvious missed face mask, pass interference, defensive holding, and a questionable ground causing the fumble. Hopefully we overcome it!

Had a great time on my unofficial visit to Pitt Johnstown! Big thanks to @shack4055, @MOterson and players for hosting a great camp and showing me around campus.#MountainCats #unofficialvisit @RealCoach_D @TampaIgniteGBB @upj_wbb @mikemillsnc @CoachAmber @MeanRobg

Success doesn’t happen by accident. The work ethic and self discipline of this kid is part of why she earned a D1 scholarship. 6:30am shooting session to start her day. She’s been nonstop on her grind. No doubt @lee_lauren10 is going to do big things in Jersey!
