I don't accept that that is what he is talking about in Romans 11. Not at all. And you agree that the other 4 Israel's in Romans 11 do not refer to that.

In verse 10 he says:
"the nations will rally to him"
So these are the gentile Christians.

But then it goes on to say in verse 11:
"In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people"
