If the debtor is not insolvent then no reason to discharge their debts. Fraud is serious but merely filing bankruptcy when not insolvent is not per se fraudulent.

@GMJacobAagaard Come on all you guys know that isn’t really cheating. There is a mental element to cheating (mens rea). If he thinks his opponent is cheating and he does it one game just to check that does not make him a cheater.
@singingsox Well in NYC in 2021-2022 school year if memory serves the school would go remote if there were a lot of cases or something (cant remember exactly). So there were at least part of two school years without consistent in person instruction.
