When I was a kid, pencils were considered such a precious commodity your teacher thought you needed a box for them and then every 70s dad was like “OK, here’s a fucking box.” And then we’d all go to school smelling like Fidel Castro.
“Hey, boss, I’ve got an idea for a new piece of playground equipment.”
“Let’s hear it.”
“Kids grab a chain and hold on for dear life while spinning at a high rate of speed.”
“I like it, but it doesn’t sound dangerous enough.”
“Don’t worry, we’ll also lay down some concrete.”
Oh yeah, definitely.
Basic honesty, math, reading something longer than a tweet, shutting the hell up, empathy, losing with grace, loyalty to anyone but himself, hiring people who don’t end up indicted, remembering what he just said two minutes ago, saying “I don’t know” instead of inventing bullshit, not obsessing over crowd size, understanding how NATO works, not throwing allies under the bus, running a business without bankrupting it, not crying on Truth Social at 3AM, telling a joke that lands, spelling “coffee,” resisting spray tan, shutting up about windmills, being faithful, handling classified documents like a normal human being, acting like a grown-ass adult, or accepting that he lost.
Yeah. Real renaissance man.
@BiltzBuilt Explain how cutting PEPFAR, a W. Bush-initiated program that's saved 25 million lives worldwide, is "verifiable waste and fraud." Receipts, please.
