@bookingcom @priceline so do you try to make refunds as hard as possible hoping I will quit trying to get my money back? The GM of the hotel emailed you and cc me agreeing to a refund. You all refuse to do anything. I’m a platinum member with 26 stays this year alone.

@bookingcom Then you all blame a random “Booking Partner”. Let me remind you of something. I booked through Priceline to stay at a Marriott. If the hotel says do a refund, Priceline needs to issue it regardless of what your “partner” does. I didn’t have an agreement with them.
