1. Friday 8th May - Paid 13/05/26
2. Thurs 14th May - Paid 21/05/26
3. Sat 16th May - Not Yet Paid
Could somebody at Octopus explain why are you holding back payments on your PowerUp scheme?

@OctopusEnergy Could you then please explain why you are able to credit a PowerUp from the 12/02/25 in 8 days yet we are still waiting for a credit from the 7/03/25 now 24 days and counting ?? @ofgem this is unacceptable behaviour!
@BDubleYou@bt_uk Strangely enough if you donโt use BT WiFi and use a mobile network you can get your email. (Both on iPhone and laptop using a mobile hotspot). ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
