Hi @nectar - how do I get a missing points issue resolved ? It’s remained unresolved for at least a month and no-one in customer service seems to have knowledge of how the @MarriottBonvoy partner programme works - it’s a different story each time I chase up !?!

@nectar Hi - I just received an email that partner (not on the high street) points previously “approved” now being removed. I’d like an explanation why as the email isn’t specific. They were “approved” after the 45 day waiting period, but then a week or so later (today) removed?
@TicketmasterCS At one point today I did see a captcha but after confirming I was human, it just went back to displaying the error. Can you reset my account from your end please
@TicketmasterCS please can you help to sort out my account. The app keeps blocking due to “unusual activity” …. surely it’s not that unusual for a customer to search for tickets. I’ve tried the suggested steps, but no joy. Need this resolved please.
@TicketmasterCS I did say I’ve already tried the suggested steps but still have the issue. I’m trying to use the app on iPhone.I am logged in, not logged in anywhere else afaik,tried on wifi & mobile, still the problem persists.
@thameswater Absolute disgrace.64% bill increase isn’t justifiable. Should borrow money to invest in infrastructure. Disfunctional company run into the ground by incompetent execs. @ofwat How and who will hold TW to account to ensure the increase isn’t wasted in bonuses & dividends?
@LloydsBank 1. When is the issue preventing log on to the latest version of the app going to be resolved 2. why is the duff version still available for customers to unwittingly download. 3. Why isn’t this issue being reported on your service status pages.
@LloydsBank Downloaded the latest version of the mobile app yesterday & I can no longer log on ( fingerprint ) ios 15.8.3 A known issue judging by the posts on here yet you’ve left up the duff version for customers to continue to download !? Please advise when it will be fixed
@TicketmasterCS Based on the statement from “Oasis”, I am eligible yet received no email hence my query. ticketmaster must’ve shared data with openstage to allow them to send emails to people who queued but failed to get tickets last Sat. Please DM me to confirm whether my data was shared
