Forget national party politics, hold your nose and vote Susan Hall. If you’re a carer, a doctor, a plumber, a gardener, a family needing to shop, a shift worker, elderly or disabled we need Khan gone and our freedoms back. No ULEZ, no LTNs, no Pay Per Mile. No knives. No Khan!!!!
@JoannaBiddolph@katherinedunne@_petermason@Shansview R u going to suspend pcns through Fishers Lane whilst Chiswick is gridlocked due to roadworks on Chiswick Lane like u offered Brentford residents a few weeks ago following an accident
Morningside LTN: "Cllr Marie-Clair Munro, Conservatives: “This scheme has pitted neighbour against neighbour and street against street." "We ... must never lose sight that the residents of our city ... are our employers. We have a duty to listen to them." https://t.co/wpNcQEKDL1
This is the problem when those who make policy decisions don’t understand scientific data & inequality in health. @LouiseKrupski look at Streatham LTN or the horrendous one you support in Lewisham. If you live in one of course its popular but for those outside who cares? Nimbyism
Poor @peterwalker99 Still defending unjust LTN traffic relocation schemes using ‘research’ from longtime LTN activists who have no care for the (generally poorer) folk living, working, using buses, going to school on roads taking traffic from LTN streets

@Mark_J_Harper@Councillorsuzie@NeilGarratt@transportgovuk Look!!👇👇 The LTN has been scrapped and immediately buses are moving, as are trucks, lorries, vans no longer stuck in gridlocked traffic. 👏👏
Please do the same for Lewisham, Hackney, Enfield, Southwark, Oxford, Bath, Birmingham…. It’s time to free us all from LTNs. 🙏🙏
Just this morning I met with @Councillorsuzie & local residents concerned about this mishandled LTN scheme. Credit to Susan & @NeilGarratt for highlighting local concerns. The wider issue of unpopular LTNs is being looked at closely by @transportgovuk - more to come on this soon.
Now that @LambethLabour have abandoned the Streatham Wells LTN:
1) @clairekholland, @RezinaChowdhury and Streatham councillors should resign;
2) Council officers can confirm LTNs create more pollution and congestion, and no 'evaporation'; and
3) Remove all LTNs in Lambeth. Now
Chowdhury "I was told we had to suspend the LTN by TfL but I lied and lied and enthusiastically gaslighted residents and commuters continuously prior to this moment"
Council accused of targeting school-run parents after issuing £26m in LTN fines https://t.co/vKJExJoYhM. @katherinedunne@Shansview congratulations - once again you make the headlines for your negative discriminatory actions
London Cycling Commissioner’s view of this is that it doesn’t happen much and enables those that don’t cycle to cycle. The borough with the highest cycling levels and most diversity in cycling, Hackney, demonstrates this is not the case. #TheCultOfCycling
@theJeremyVine@JoannaBiddolph Jeremy - here’s the bit you didn’t post. We know you don’t like Cllr Biddolph, but as a BBC journalist you have a responsibility to present the truth. The next paragraph in the article clearly indicates Cllr Biddolph says she did not say that. But you prefer to suggest otherwise.
@katherinedunne Here’s what getting around on the bus in Chiswick looks like since we stole their bus lane for our empty cycle lane! Thanks Katherine for spending millions on this despite it screwing over all the other residents, especially as there’s usually less than 1000 people a day using it
@OpenChiswickW4@BobFromAccounts TfL data shows 2023 westbound bus times c.5% slower than the equivalent journey in 2019; however only 40% of the route used by TfL to calculate those journey times is on the section of #Chiswick High Rd affected by #Cycleway9.
