Very disappointed with Beauty Bay and their selling techniques, had an offer, they didn't send it and are refusing to help! This is a disgusting practise and their customer care team should be ashamed!

@beautybayhelp We have been trying to get a resolution for days, I have sent DMs and would like to get this resolved ASAP-An offer for a free 10 Pan Pallette when you buy 10 eyeshadows. This offer then wasn't upheld, meaning we have 10 loose eyeshadows that aren't fit for purpose
