@tonybalogna @RonDeSantis Respectfully read the post correctly. Nobody mentions Commercial or the Four Seasons … point is this… he said eliminate completely and now it’s phases and no real timeline for the 2nd phase which is 500k exemption (the most impactful one).

It should be capped at whatever the median price for a home in that location is. Like how FHA uses their lending guidelines. Primary homes ONLY.

It’s giving …We should accept you sold us a bigger picture but should be ok because it’s better than nothing. I wanted to see you double and triple down on eliminating prop taxes or nothing … your way or the highway because it’s what the people want …continue the FAFO sessions … expose the local governments… have them pay at the ballot box … etc
