@ajwodecki Literally everyone I have seen so far preaching about Standard time lives in southern states. I lived in both and will tell you, up north people want later afternoons. It being dark at 4pm is miserable.

@screamingbeam @JBPritzker We have already had multiple commitments from international organizations to bring manufacturing into America to avoid the tariffs. These locations require construction logistics etc to get going and then will result in productive jobs once completed... so, yes they will.

@hubermanlab Are you factoring in afternoon activity? I doubt any of these studies do. I also strongly believe it would improve economy in retail with increased spending, people do less when it's dark after work. I also notice many asking for Standard all live South and are less impacted.

@ajwodecki More daylight in the afternoon, means kids can stay outside safely and play with friends later in the afternoons. I think the kid excuse to stay on standard is lame AF.
