Ofc, a firm like Amazon would do it with AI even before you’re hired, thereby putting more onerous and unrewarded input before you’re even on the payroll.

Frantic cooks start frying whole bags of fries, cooking extra burgers that aren’t needed yet to get ahead.

You wait longer, get frustrated. When you are serviced, your burger is limp and fries mediocre.

It’s good product, but difficult to execute

@SimpleCRE So you cut labor….. but you need an extra person on late night (WB calls it early bird) to unload a food shipment, clean the shake machine, deep clean equipment etc

So you cut labor during the day. Now, you’re short on workers and then you get a rush—unable to keep up. /3
