We’re already seeing it with Mamdani:
1⃣He released a searchable list of every property (and owner) that might owe the pied-à-terre tax
2⃣He created the “100 Worst NYC Landlords” ranking and published these addressed on the internet
3⃣He frames landlords and wealthy property owners as the root of NYC’s problems and the reason for socioeconomic inequality
4⃣He called Netanyahu the “architect of a horrific genocide” and "war criminal", putting a target on every Jewish person in NYC

This is how socialists from the Bolsheviks to Castro to Chávez/Maduro always start the war on private property and their designated enemies.

Many similarities. I predict there will be more violent attacks on the Jewish community in NYC, as well as violent attacks on people on the pied-a-terre tax & worst landlords list.
