@Dylan_Ridd22@StevenPeakeKSR@JackPilgrimKSR South Carolina wbb lost out on Ny'Ceara Pryor, who was 2nd team All-SEC last season at A&M (Mitchell was 3rd team) for the same reason. They'll still start the season ranked #1. Obviously, UK's roster was not very good to start with to kvetch this much over one player.
@DeliciousDarth@CoachCash44@tjbeisner Right. The Sun Belt passed a similar rule to the Big Ten and SEC. Greg Sankey would hesitate to take a phone call from the commissioner of the Sun Belt, much less collude with him.
@Aj25577487@203Bby@CJFWrites They are eligible. They just can't play in the SEC or Big Ten without the school they play for being penalized. It's not that complicated.
@JMahrog@TaliaGoodmanWBB@On3@TransferPortal@miyaa2tall Pete Thamel reports that the Big XII presidents are meeting today to pass a rule similar to the Big Ten and SEC. So while the ACC isn't required to pass a rule, I think it's highly likely. The player will still be eligible, she'll just be frozen out of the P4. But who knows?
@SamClay2020@TaliaGoodmanWBB@On3@RutgersOn3 You do realize she played for Georgia last year, right? She was not better than Koval. Mulkey will pick up someone much better than Fatima from the portal next season.
