و (٢) إضافة المنظور المحلي الليبي و الإعتراف بقيمة المساهمين الليبيين في أعمال الحفظ و الاكتشاف و الدراسات.

اليوم أستطيع القول بأننا حققنا جزء من هذا الهدف، فكما كررتُ بفخر خلال الجلسة،

و كان من أقوى الأسباب لإقبال العلماء على التصنيف حثُّ الخليفة (..) عليه، (..) بل و أوعز إلى العلماء و المترجمين أن ينقلوا إلى العربية (..)
و تابعه في ذلك أولاده و أحفاده، حتى زخرت بحور العلم، و اخترعت الفنون، و تفرعت المسائل و دوّنت الكتب في كل فن."

عن ترتيب علمنا وذاكرتنا، لنتجاوز إطار الفرد نحو التفكير الجماعي المؤسساتي والفائدة طويلة الأمد:
