Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America.

People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.

A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him.

Enough is enough.  It is time for ABC to take a stand.  How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community.

To understand why the IRGC has responded the way it has, you have to get inside how these commanders actually think. They genuinely believe that disruptive outsiders like Trump are not strategic threats so much as bouts of chaos meant to test their staying power.

Their own theological thinking makes it worse. Concepts like fitna, meaning disorder, and ibtilāʾ, meaning divine trial, lead them to believe that external pressure is evidence that the regime is worth targeting, which in turn is evidence that it is worth protecting. It's a closed loop, and it has worked well enough to survive decades of sanctions and military setbacks. What it was not built to handle is an adversary willing to keep going until the loop breaks.
