@Leepacey4@CambsFAReferees@BuildbaseUK@FA@rich6590 Mate the FA does these appointments not Cambs FA- rich is undoubtedly one of the best refs in Cambs but is firstly (I believe) a Hunts official and secondly has been up and past these level appointments and come back down again!
Really really interesting changes in here that will definitely take some getting used to for all involved but all for the best in my opinion. I will likely do a thread summarising the major changes simply at some point

To me this looks like a red card- seriously endangers player safety with the force that goes in with the elbow whether it’s intentional or not!
However I can understand that we have a better view than the match officials do here so can see why he may have seen it differently
Big discussion after Saturday's game regarding the incident involving @J3dw4rds and the York City defender. Was the correct decision made?

@BeingLovren@Trevorlloyd92@FootyAccums Yeah absolutely right however for me it doesn’t really count as a strike when I saw it- not enough force in it and no level of brutality for it to be a red card
@refsupportuk @OlyottJames @PembsRefs@TheIFAB A bit of intelligent refereeing could come in handy too. A player that commits two cautionable offences in such a short space of time has clearly lost his head a bit so- by this point it could be helpful to find another “excuse” to stop play and slow it down to let them relax
@FootyAccums Referees don’t answer for their decisions and why should they- they give honest decision based upon what they see and will admit sometimes they fuck it up.
That said personally I would like to answer more publicly about my decisions just to help understanding generally!
Honestly a disgusting interview and I can’t believe some of those words actually left his mouth. This wouldn’t be acceptable even if the referee had made some errors, but Moss got the decisions correct? Needs to take a few steps back and reevaluate does the manager.
"They're referees after all. Not footballers." ⚽
@ASFCofficial manager John Coleman says he feels a 'burning injustice' because of John Moss' refereeing performance during their FA Cup defeat to Derby.

@DavidVick5 I don’t think it’s necessary to mention that the referee was female David? She’s just a referee in the same way a male referee is just a referee.
Very excited to be out refereeing today, only a step 7 game so nothing special but each game is worth the same 3 points to the teams. Should make for a class Saturday afternoon
Today see's youth referees turning out in purple for the first time!
Can clubs please remind all parents, players, spectators and managers of the initiative!
If any referees see an official in purple, please head over and say hello and see how they are getting on!
In #CHETOT we saw Sarri pick up a yellow card in the technical area. Do you think this should be brought in at grassroots? Would it help manage coaching staff in the technical areas?
