🚨 INSANITY: A 2,000-year-old religious heritage site is being erased before our eyes.
At Khirbet Farsin, an ancient Second Temple/Talmudic-era village in northern Samaria, illegal PA-backed agricultural takeover is destroying antiquities, flattening state land, and burying layers of Jewish history under plows, roads, fences, and illegal construction.
This site contains a mikveh, burial caves, underground passages, ancient structures, and the preserved memory of Jewish life in Samaria going back thousands of years.
And the authorities have allowed the destruction to continue.
Regavim has sent an urgent letter demanding immediate enforcement before another piece of our national heritage is lost forever.
This is what “facts on the ground” looks like: erasing Jewish history, one archaeological site at a time.
Arabs in northern Samaria are destroying yet another archaeological site!
This time, Khirbet P'rsin near Hermesh, a site with 2nd Temple ruins, is being destroyed by plowing, planting trees, erecting fencing, and paving roads.

@ministerBHOS What a pity you had no time left to discuss the thousands of PA-funded acts of terror against Israelis, the barbarous sexual violence committed by the PA’s brothers in Gaza or the Pa’s incessant violations of international law that the EU and the Dutch government support.
BREAKING: The EU just revealed why it sanctioned Regavim.
Our “crime”? Petitioning Israeli courts against an illegal EU-built structure near Herodium, on the edge of the Judean Desert Nature Reserve, after a professional engineering assessment found it posed a safety hazard to the children and staff inside.
So now it’s official: the EU builds illegally, Israel enforces the law, and Regavim gets sanctioned for exposing it.
You may have missed this, but notice the fancy footwork from the representative of Belgium's policy of illegal construction in Area C, the proponent of sanctions against law-abiding civil society organizations in an allied democracy, support for the corrupt, Islamist, terror-idolizing Palestinian Authority, purveyor of BDS action and sanctions against members of Israel's judicial and legislative branches for the "crime" of decisions with which Belgium does not agree...
🇺🇸 Mr. Ambassador @BillWhiteUSA,
I urge you to exercise greater restraint and to view your role in its proper context. It is inappropriate to publicly criticize a country and tarnish its image simply because you disagree with judicial proceedings. I have already told you this. Would you consider it acceptable for our Ambassador in Washington to do the same?
In Belgium, the judiciary is independent and makes its decisions—whether one agrees with them or not—free from any political influence.
I recall that the proceedings in question were initiated by representatives of the Jewish community themselves. To portray those as a country’s desire to undermine the religious freedom of Jews is defamatory. This freedom has never been called into question and never will be in our country. Our Constitution protects it.
And it is not for an ambassador to dictate the government’s agenda.

Regavim exposes: severe incitement in the Negev.
Watch this disturbing footage from the “Ribat and Sumud” camp run by the southern branch of the Islamic Movement in the Negev, Arab Members of Knesset and senior figures delivered remarks filled with messages about "living in the Nakba" and "struggling over the land".
If you were blindfolded, you could have thought this was filmed in the Columbia encampments, but no, this is happening in the state of Israel.
As @Joshhasten says it on @JNS_org, You can't make this stuff up.
The EU funds and empowers the Palestinian Authority’s lawfare machine, then sanctions Regavim for exposing it.
Our “crime”? Defending Israeli sovereignty through the courts, the law, and the facts.
False. Regavim is a research and litigation organization operating openly through courts, and sanctioning it raises a different question than sanctioning individuals credibly linked to violence. On the facts, Regavim petitioned in 2018 for the demolition of a specific school, “a school located at the foot of Herodium,” east of Bethlehem, that was built with European Union funds.
Regavim’s rep. says in her interview that the structure was put up illegally in Area C which is under full Israeli civil and security control under the Oslo Accords, on state land, in a nature reserve on an archaeological site, without requisite permits. That is why they took legal action against the EU-funded Jubbet adh-Dhib (Jibb al-Deeb) school, not against Palestinian “homes” in general. That school was demolished by Israeli authorities in 2023 after years of legal proceedings. Despite 5 years of due process and litigation the demolition drew condemnation from the EU, which disputed that it was lawful under their own contested reading of international law which is what the Regavim rep. highlights when she argues the EU is undermining Israel’s laws and sovereignty through its actions. Regavim identifies this as a pattern of conduct, “one of 100 illegal schools throughout Area C… used cynically to cement the Palestinian hold on open areas.”
This aligns with Regavim’s core mission which is expressly stated on their website and in their reports as advocating and petitioning for the enforcement of Israeli building and planning laws in Area C and in other parts of Israel, including the Negev and Galilee. They monitor, document, and file petitions in Israeli courts to compel the Civil Administration and authorities to carry out legal demolition orders on structures built without permits on state land, nature reserves, archaeological sites, or in violation of planning rules.
They have tracked tens of thousands of such structures. In their 2024 report they documented over 97,500 illegal Palestinian built structures in Area C. In 2022 they reported more than 81,300 such structures already covering over 150,000 dunams. They opened hundreds of case files, and have submitted numerous new petitions, and they pressure authorities for legal enforcement. There is nothing illegal about any of that, in fact it is a law abiding research institute that petitions for compliance with Israel’s rule of law. They are not a vigilante group; they operate through Israel’s legal system, and Israeli courts frequently upheld their petitions.
You can’t make this stuff up: the EU is sanctioning the critic of its evidentiary methodology in issuing sanctions! The same sanctions apparatus whose evidentiary basis Regavim’s reporting and research has rigorously critiqued is now being turned on Regavim and its founder. This is outrageous, no matter where one sits on the political spectrum.
France’s foreign minister Jean-Noël Barrot characterized the targets as “the main Israeli organizations guilty of supporting the extremist and violent colonization of the West Bank” but that politically charged accusation elides the fact that Regavim has done nothing more than credible research on the way manipulated data is being systematically weaponized against peaceful Israelis on government land.
Last year, Regavim exposed the scale of the distortion in collected data. Of the thousands of incidents OCHA classified as “settler violence” against Palestinians between 2016 and 2023, it found over 98% of the alleged violence were not acts of civilian settler violence at all.
Most involved clashes between Palestinians and Israeli security forces including during terror attacks; incidents include peaceful, lawful guided visits to the Temple Mount logged as ‘Storming Al-Aqsa’; misclassified events like road-paving, electrical pole installation and 19% of complaints in Judea & Samaria related to tourists or hikers being present on land, with no assault or property damage reported; outright fabricated records.
Crucially, OCHA states that it requires two independent, reliable sources before logging an incident of “settler violence” against Palestinians.
What counts as “two sources”?
Apparently, the Palestinian who reports the incident and the Palestinian Authority body that intakes the report -- obviously not two independent sources, it’s one source and its receipt. The Palestinian Authority District Coordination Office isn’t independently witnessing or corroborating anything, it is merely transcribing the same person’s account. OCHA calls it two sources without considering the valuation work or threshold for the PA to log an incident. That’s word play in a serious report with far reaching implications, not verification.
Sanctions law in the United States, both the Biden-era Executive Order 14115 framework and its analogues in EU Council decisions, requires evidentiary support for designations of specific individuals. “OCHA reporting” was relied upon by State Department, Treasury, and counterpart European agencies as evidentiary.
Regavim proved “settler violence” warrants serious analytical attention as a category. UN OCHA reports informing US and EU sanctions decisions are demonstrably methodologically flawed. Now the EU is sanctioning the same research group, that uncovered the data corruption underpinning the EU sanctions regime!
Importantly, the IDF and Shin Bet’s own internal numbers, released in January, record 1,720 nationalist-motivated incidents by Israelis against Palestinians since October 7, 2023. Last year alone, the defense establishment documented 845 such incidents, in which four Palestinians were killed and 200 injured -- a 25 percent increase over the 675 incidents recorded in 2024.
Shin Bet attributes most of the violence to roughly 300 extremists, about 70 of whom it considers the “hardcore” responsible for the most severe attacks.
So the problem is real, being condemned in Israeli media, being tracked by Israeli authorities and prosecuted. But it is much more marginal than is widely reported and the involvement of international EU sanctions is unwarranted when compared, for instance, with Italy’s extensive human rights abuse record against the Roma where no sanctions have been imposed.

@USAmbIsrael@POTUS Thank you, @USAmbIsrael - as always, your clear voice on Israel's historic return to our national homeland is a breath of fresh air. Happy Yom Yerusalayim!
Today we celebrate three historic milestones: the day on the English calendar when David Ben Gurion declared Israel’s independence, the 8th anniversary of @POTUS Trump’s courageous establishment of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, and Yom Yerushalayim — the liberation and reunification of Israel’s indigenous and indivisible capital under Israeli sovereignty. Happy Jerusalem Day!
The EU sanctions Regavim without contacting us, without explaining itself, and without evidence.
Why? Because they need to blur the line between Hamas, a terrorist organization sworn to murder Jews, and law-abiding Israeli civil society groups they politically oppose.
Europe, liberate yourself from the EU before it's too late.
