Liquidity providers: it’s time to wake up.
Use 1inch Aqua to find more activity in more markets, without letting your tokens out of your wallet.
Risk-controlled execution meets full self-custody.
No, you aren’t dreaming.
Here’s how it works:
⬇️
Shipped in hours by the @1inch engineering team: an escape route for stuck @aave WETH suppliers.
aWETH → any token, one click. Best execution via wstETH (lowest price impact) routed through @0xfluid — untouched by the rsETH bad debt.
1,000 aWETH exits at -2.21%, not -23%. No Aave redemption, no Umbrella wait, no 100% utilization wall.
Pool-based lender breaks → composable intent-based infrastructure routes around it in hours, not months.

Let's debunk the biggest myth in DeFi.
@Uniswap is not the largest DEX.
Data shows that @1inch in fact should get the title!
In most DeFi rankings, Uniswap ranks 1st among DeXes by raw volume. See for instance the famous @DuneAnalytics dex.trades table.
Yet, the devil is in the details 😈
Frontend volume speaks the truth
Frontend volumes are interesting because they are generated by human users.
Other volumes are mainly made of bots (arbitrage, MEV...). The issue with arbitrage / MEV is that the volumes purely stem from the inefficiencies of AMMs (slippage, poor price discovery). In short, they would not occur on a CEX.
Why is Uniswap only 2nd on frontend volume?
1. Most traders are now using aggregators, which provide the best prices.
2. Uniswap's recent frontend fee reinforced this trend.
Yet Uniswap is far from being out of the game.
• Their frontend volume remains impressive, even more so in a bear. In the current market, sophisticated users choose solutions with better value for money. Bull market users will most likely be less sophisticated and may rush to Uniswap, even though they would have to pay a fee.
• Uniswap is still 2nd for blue-chip assets volume. Its success is thus not due to "degen" volume, but also to "serious" traders.
• The launch of Uniswap X is game-changer, set to redefine the aggregator landscape. It's part of a bigger trend we anticipated over two years ago: "The Split"
"The Split".
Aggregators are rising as DeFi's major trading interface, while AMMs specialize in market-making: https://t.co/GGEtlIRRtu
Integrating with fillers will be key for AMMs to tap into Uniswap X's massive volume.
The Bear and the Bull
We conducted this analysis in a bear market. Right now, new players are positioning themselves for the coming bull.
If we look at CEXes, each new cycle brought new players to the market. So we probably don't even know yet the name of the major actor of the next cycle!
Looking forward to see who will win the war for onchain supremacy 👀
@0xjoshua@SCBuergel@barinov@1inch I think that is due to the SIM provider being a US company (a lot of people reported this issue when using an eSIM, even though we’re all in Paris)
