@comradeshabs Such a dumb take. It’s not about where they’re at but where they started. Why wouldn’t you want someone who secured their financial future bc of hard work??
@RohunJauhar Leverage is literally a magnification of risk and return. Obviously if things turn sour being leveraged won’t be good, but if your venture is successful then more leverage = higher % return. It’s a double edged sword
@starson777@TeaAyyAreAyy@sfspaulding @ItShouldBeFree @keleidoscopical @evelynvwoodsen You’re putting words in my mouth. I’m just saying that landlords do provide that service—risk mitigation and, to a large extent, liquidity. Obviously losing one’s home is more devastating than losing an investment
@saturnwizard6 @njvo_ @keleidoscopical That’s such a dumb argument. Not every single person wants to (or should) rent. If there’s a need for rental property, there’s a need for landlords who own those properties
@ryansaavedra Not even a huge AOC fan but if she didn’t get the vaccine then you would’ve reposted that same story and said “if she doesn’t trust it why should we.” Reporters shouldn’t have agendas
@saxena_puru How do you balance value and quality? How discounted does a company’s stock have to be in comparison to comps/market to warrant a buy given non-ideal financials? Thanks in advance for your input!
