@MagnoliaUOC how can we get updates on the boil advisory other than it still being in effect? What kind of timeline are your paying customers looking at?
@ADT I have had a nonworking alarm system for months - was told the monthly fee was on hold. I canceled services. Still being charged. Excessive hold times via phone. Unable to get this handled as I work and can't wait on the phone. Very disappointing. Please advise.
@InsightVacation I am very disappointed in lack of communication after I paid for a car from the airport that did not arrive. I have the receipt from Insight. This happened in June and I have yet to be refunded.
@uhaul I was on the phone securing my reservation for HOURS yesterday. Today, there is NOTHING AVAILABLE and I have a crew of people here from out of town to help me move
@UHaul_Cares Reviewing does not change anything. No one can connect with anyone who has authority. Beyond disappointing. And I was just on hold for 30 minutes with the scheduling person after several hours yesterday. Finally answered. Said please hold. And hung up.
@uhaul Reservation for truck Sunday morning at 8 AM. Someone was to call within 24 hrs. NO call. NO truck. AND on hold for more than 2 hours. UNACCEPTABLE.
@UHaul_Cares Yes. When I FINALLY got connected to the scheduler she was very kind and helpful. But nothing was available at my scheduled time / location.
@SouthwestAir How long should I expect for a response from your team? I sent private messages last Tuesday via both twitter and FB. No response. I am currently on hold for an hour and a half as I am continually reminded that you apologize for the delay...
@SouthwestAir my mother's bag was delayed over 24 hours in December and she still has not received compensation for the clothing she had to buy. Hold times when she calls are in excess of 20 minutes. My mother is almost 80 years old. This is unacceptable. Please advise.
