It was an honor to present Marianne Garfield with an official House citation. She was just named Irishwoman of the Year by the Panther Valley Irish American Association. Marianne is a Summit Hill resident and a retired teacher.
We are more than 100 days late on a budget and I'd be happy to vote on a negotiated budget that gets the money flowing to essential services and the people who rely on them.
Putting messages like this on tax-payer funded websites isn’t doing anyone any good. In fact, it’s counterproductive and takes away the mission of providing objective information without bias.
Governor Shapiro should know public service isn’t a political weapon.

Congrats to Patrick Crampsie of Summit Hill, the 2025 Shamrock Award recipient at the 76th annual Irish-American Association of the Panther Valley banquet! He’s the fifth Crampsie to earn this honor.

In recognition of #SaveALifeDay, the Carbon/Monroe/Pike Drug & Alcohol Commission will provide naloxone education & distribution, tomorrow from 12:30-4 p.m., at my Weissport district office.
Today, it was an honor for me to pay tribute to Marjorie and Joseph Federanich for their many community contributions to the Palmerton area. As they embark on their next journey outside of Carbon County, I wish them all the best in the future.
