RBKC #PlanningDept & #ComplaintsDept are not functioning properly. There is a back log due to the #cyberattack and you can't speak to a Planning Officer. You can't get through on the phones. What a mess RBKC can't even keep the basic running smoothly. This 👇 comes to mind.

When RBKC's Fire-Safety Dept refuses to communicate and tries to victimise the people they should serve. We have a problem. They are obligated to do their job effectively and must be held to account, for service failure. We are calling for external audit and scrutiny.

8 years ago, hours from now, 269 occupants of Grenfell Tower were trapped in a 23 storey Tower in London as fire took hold of the building, 168 people exited the building in the first 20 minutes.
Of the 101 remaining people, 72 lost their lives.
Grenfell Tower Fire, is total system failure, before, during and after the fire.

8 years later, the next of kin of those who died, still demand justice which was systemically delayed and denied.

The Tory Government at the time, created a juggernaut marketing machine to deflect real agency to promote narratives that can continue holding all hostage. Grenfell was turned into a cashmachine with crony contracts and exploitation of the death of our kin.

The State appoints, endorses and pays to promote narratives that continue to silence the real issues and obstacles to our justice.

The final words of all our innocent victims on the phone to their kin, friends, neighbours and the London Fire Brigade was WE CAN'T BREATHE.
