“The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.” — Vince Lombardi 🏆

Yesterday was a defining day at the Centre of Excellence, @UCUniversity. Nearly the whole day was filled with moving moments as the outgoing guild governments from Main Campus and @UcuKampala formally handed over the instruments of power to the 28th Guild Government. The mantle now rests with the 28th @theucuguild, led by my brother @EloAbra and his incredible team, ( I know they will lift student service to new heights).

I am deeply humbled and grateful to receive the #OrombiExcellenceAward for Parliamentarian of the Year 2025. It is a profound honour that inspires me to keep championing bold, impactful leadership — of course with a touch of intentional honour😌. 🙏

He's served with true humility. He promised to reach the subsidiary associations, and he delivered. As RE UCU, we celebrate you and your colleague for your service, leadership, and quiet sacrifices. You’ve indeed been #IntentionallyHonourable

Uganda’s AI moment is here, a national AI policy is coming in 2025, #UDAP is expanding digital access, and local hubs are pushing innovation. But gaps remain. We shall indeed join the discussion this Thursday.

Can #AI really change Uganda’s economy, or just our buzzwords🙂?
