@SimonMagus @deeharvey In terms of benefits, we could look at some of the tapered and pay in to pay out systems they have on the European continent. Probably have a lower tier system for those who do not contribute. If you offer the same you get the discincentive again.

@Cliveopener @worstall It's about the same. It's comparing apples and dinosaurs. Some benefits are limited and have qualifying factors (paid in for 5 years). Pensions have AVCs beyond the default. It's just bilge.
