@TheDonStein I, too, organize by topic/book of the Bible. I knew someone tho organized by the color of the cover/dust jacket. He said it worked for him. It was aesthetically pleasing, but I wouldn’t be able to function that way.

Going to an ELCA seminary certainly disabused me of that confusion! I am grateful for the ministry of Gottesdienst that shows that the two can be held together.

@serenitynow And, seeing that some have advised cooking the steak from frozen, I’ll clarify: After fully thawed, I like to let my steak warm up out of the fridge for 30 min. or so, patted dry and seasoned with salt (and, sometimes, black pepper) before cooking.

@serenitynow Oh, yes! I love a thick ribeye in the air fryer. Incredibly juicy, with a nice crisp to the fat.
385 for 12 min., if going into a cold air fryer (8 min. if preheated). Flip halfway through and let rest five min. I like to pour the drippings over my steak, to get all the flavor.

@NevinLawrence I like the song. While it isn’t the best of folk ballads, because of its popularity it was my gateway to the genre. “White Squall” by Stan Rogers and “Cold Missouri Waters” by James Keelaghan are better, but my dad taught me to love “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald.”
