I am all for helping protect the marginalized. That is one issue, but we all know very well that many who are impoverished may or may not be marginalized. Many who are below the poverty line understand really well how to get help from the government system. We have even seen in Minnesota that some have learned about how to make it very profitable.
The country needs more accountability all around for the rich, the poor, Republicans, and Democrats. The Voting and Save America Act is just a start. Schumer is a part of a system that protects the elites, along with many other Democrats and Republicans. It's a broken system that needs repair and accountability.
Proof that you exist, that you are who you say you are, and that you are a legal registered voter is not a barrier. Voting is a privilege as a part of a country, and you should prove who you are, especially when we know that this is being abused. It works the same for Republicans, Democrats, white, black, brown, poor, rich. You should be worried about integrity in our voting system and not just letting anyone vote.
Having an ID is a basic necessity in a country where you are getting housing, getting a driver's license, traveling, etc. If you're going to get a credit card, if you're getting help from the government, you should have an ID. This is the lamest argument about barriers. If people want to vote, they can get those things very easily, like anybody else. If they decide not to, it's because it is not a priority.
I love Kris V, but this message seemed very tone-deaf and immature. This didn't feel like true leadership. This only hurts Bethel further by causing people to wonder if they can trust. They have had quite a few opportunities to come out and share serious reservations about a man who they helped promote. It feels like they are concerned in doing so may invalidate some of their own story or movement - which only invalidates their story and movement. Praying for deep reflection, honesty, humility and truth. The charismatic movement needs some reform.
Easilyโฆ big talk for a team that has never played a full SEC schedule.
My bet is you never wouldโve gone 0-2 to start the year, and then run the table, the rest of the way in the SEC.
Notre Dame is good. But UGA came in last year with our backup quarterback.
I think you would find the SEC grind more than you have imagined
Huge Dawgs fan & SEC believerโฆ but i must say that Notre Dame deserve to be in the playoffs, and would be completely scary as hell to play for team.
Notre Dame beat SEC Arkansas by 43 points at Arkansas.
Arkansas' 8 losses in SEC play were by a COMBINED 54 points.
Notre Dame would be favored on a neutral over EVERY SEC team right now.
Notre Dame beat SEC champ Georgia 11 months ago and the Irish are better this year.
@Ubereats Provided one of worst customer experiences ever.
#ubereats Last Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we were incredibly busy at work so I ordered ChickFilA through UberEats for 3 people. Total - $39.65.
BTW, I am an UberOne monthly subscriber.
The Driver could not find my location that day. Kept going to property behind us off another street even though I messaged him clearly explaining where our location was. (It is pinned on my account and delivery directions + I messaged him twice to make sure he saw it).
When I could see that he was still lost, I called the driver to connect. He could not speak English and we simply could not communicate. This is not anti-immigrant post in any way. It was just very frustrating though to not be able to communicate with the driver regarding how to find me with my order.
My meal never arrived.
Due to the Thanksgiving holidays, I did not immediately remember to reach out to @uberEats for a refund. When I did, i was continually told there policy states I must contact them within 2 days of the event.
Policies are good and I understand them, but when your company fails a subscribing customer providing a very frustrating experience and does not offer a refund or any free months after I have subscribed for more than 2 years...
That is the epitome of Poor Customer Service. Really. I cannot imagine dealing with a customer that way. I am very unsatisfied with my experience and believe it to be completely unacceptable.
Goodbye @Ubereats One... Hello @DoorDash
@CRose2u@HudeChristian@EricLDaugh Doesnโt he call himself a socialist and quite socialists in his acceptance speech? Pretty sure this is not up for debate. How can he call himself socialist but you claim he is not? Who should we believe?
