I’m familiar with St. John’s here in Savannah. It’s a parish with many faithful and gracious people. At the same time, they seem to have difficulty connecting with younger generations. It feels like the pendulum has shifted; many younger adults are searching for clarity, truth, and historic orthodoxy ….qualities they don’t always associate with TEC unfortunately. These faithful parishes will struggle as a result.
@DOMA_Misconduct@The_ACNA I hear there are some good parishes in TEC and/or CoE who are “holding the line”. This is encouraging, but without a plan for church planting or growth, I’m not sure how long these parishes will last. A true Reconquista must include new congregations.
The extreme degree of total blindness to what is happening in this nation is beyond disturbing. But not unexpected. The breakdown is diabolical, and I’m not exaggerating.
