20 days and my Xiaomi 13 Pro line issue isn’t solved! I’ve tweeted, called customer care multiple times, visited a service center—no updates despite proving everything. My premium phone is unusable! @s_anuj

@WorkaholicDavid @rateupx8 My Xiaomi 13 pro got it, not only me, many users reporting this after hyperos 2 update. It's almost 1 and half year old. If it's due to heat it should have been got it in the beginning as i game a lot.

@geekyranjit Sir, mass users of Xiaomi 13 pro are getting pink lines after update. Xiaomi isn't listening to us and charging around 25k for display replacement. Regularly the cases are increasing.

@MiIndiaSupport "After an Android security patch March 2025 updating my Xiaomi 13 Pro, a pink line appeared on the display. Service center quoted ₹24,000 for the repair. This clearly seems like a hardware issue triggered by the update. Very disappointed

NEVER buy a @Xiaomi phone. After system update,in my Xiaomi 13 pro a pink line appeared on my display. Service center wants ₹24,000 to fix THEIR mistake.This is robbery. zero accountability. Save your money and avoid this crap.

@XiaomiIndia If this is the case I'm never buying any xiaomi products in the future. I have recommended xiaomi premium xiaomi phones to my family and friends and they bought them. I will make them sell their devices. Because at any time their devices may get issues. And we can't do anything.

I am a Xiaomi 13 pro user. I recently updated to hyper os 2.1.While using the phone, suddenly I noticed a pink line. There is no free replacement policy by mi and they are charging around 25k for it. My phone has no dents or scratches, so why would I pay for the repair.
