@uisc3beatha@firagawalkwthme A movie based off a tv show that is also the cheapest Star Wars movie in a long long time underperforming some is absolutely not going to close shop on the franchise even a little. We haven’t had lightsabers on screens in 7+ years you think they’re gonna end on that?
@lordesbbqribs Took a group to see Boosters but unfortunately it’s not at my local theatre so rewatches of that are a bit hard. Local one is under construction so it doesn’t have too many screens at the moment so mostly playing the big stuff
@WilsonCleveland Personally I think it would be the same where because Bear is victimized himself by the entity I struggle to see him as “the” villain of the movie and would still struggle if you swap them. I think the general public would have more doubt if they were swapped though
@AshDog155 @BeAfraid_Movies The fact it’s the first theatrical movie for the writer director helps a lot too, normally writer and director get paid a good amount. That + mostly unknowns means salaries are gonna be lower.
@sexydeadite Aw sorry to hear that. I really liked the ending cuz it made me feel like she wasn’t safe and the killer was going to appear even though she had been in safety for a while which I think helped instill the same feeling as someone who had gone through a traumatic event like that
@luismgl_18@Incinray@NGreentail No, while TPC determines MSRP they do not determine market price. If they overprint and there is not enough demand for packs to sell then you’ll see packs/ETB go on sale for less than MSRP which I think they would like to ideally avoid. Happened with S&V base. I loved that time.
@g0tm1lk420@ColonelCochise It’s a very plausible scenario. Mostly just seems clear that A) it’s not Nikki B) Nikki is suffering. Not necessarily confirmed within the film itself that she is fully aware of everything going on.
@N1Jaxfan@Double2MC@pinglyadya Well the idea is there is enough demand that the products are “worth” more than MSRP, so they’re being sold at their market price which is what they’re “worth”. I just don’t understand people that valuate the cards that high.
