My gym teacher always taught us never to use that phrase. “Perfection doesn’t exist,” he’d say. “You can always improve. Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes permanent.” That’s stuck with me for 30 years.
Got to use this phrase with one of my classes. So easy to explain. When we have miscommunication we all make up stories in our heads. Saying them out loud allows us to stop the story and have real conversations. @WinchesterWell1#physed@Asstsuptwin
#24 of 100...Work hard; your best daily, BUT, keep the job in perspective. Have a full/fun life outside of work. Remember your family. Take vacations, travel, explore, eat, disconnect, reconnect, recreate, have fun away from school. When you go home, leave work behind and BE home
Quite possibly the coolest “stuffed” gift I’ve ever gotten. Thank you Leah! This is going to be a great conversation starter in my classes! Now I need them all, including the stuffed testicle! #slowchatgiftx#iheartguts
