#AhmadKeyShams and #HamidrezaDorostkar transferred from Sheiban Prison to unknown place: one denied care for kidney disease and failing vision after months with no trial, the other speaking out from inside against fabricated charges and long sentences handed to young protesters.

Both were seized for dissent, both have faced violence and legal limbo. This pattern of torture, medical neglect, and show trials is how the Islamic Republic keeps power.
