"bro have you tried clawdbot it's so insane"
"a little but not much, what do you use it for"
"it's crazy many you can do anything with it"
"what are you doing with it"
"you gotta try it"
"try it for what"
"don't get left behind man"
everyone's talking about their teams like they were at the peak of efficiency and bottlenecked by ability to produce code
here's what things actually look like
- your org rarely has good ideas. ideas being expensive to implement was actually helping
- majority of workers have no reason to be super motivated, they want to do their 9-5 and get back to their life
- they're not using AI to be 10x more effective they're using it to churn out their tasks with less energy spend
- the 2 people on your team that actually tried are now flattened by the slop code everyone is producing, they will quit soon
- even when you produce work faster you're still bottlenecked by bureaucracy and the dozen other realities of shipping something real
- your CFO is like what do you mean each engineer now costs $2000 extra per month in LLM bills
@marclou Wow, literally was wondering how you are making $8k/m on this free product. And i didnt feel like i saw any ad. So great job there
Putting your saas hat on, what if you turn this to your own version of https://t.co/nnR3VZSPb7 where you pay to list your startup be sold?
@bella_artur@nateberkopec Do you ever tried to figure out what was causing the leak/ over usage of cpu? I once had to debug this, where the number of pods kept restarting and apparently someone never understood singleton concept and started creating objects of same class as an attribute of the object🤦
@VicVijayakumar My fav is when you build up, Z can be accomplished by doing option 1,2 and subtly introducing option 3 which you know will be selected due to multiple reasons which are all cons for option 1 and 2. And people actually feel they made the decisions lol
It’s like December 2024 all over again with half this site suddenly experts in US immigration policy, but incapable of projecting second order effects.
@kevinlu625 Would love to give this a try for my personal project. I know i am late but if you still have few credits would be happy to give this a try
@adkravetz@VicVijayakumar Desi bytes was previously owner by someone else and was called madras cafe, and i miss it so much. They had amazing vegetarian meals like this. And this was just $15 had 13 items. My perfect weekend happiness
@BenjDicken Recently came across this concept of online ddl in mysql where they promise certain operations on the table can be done without locking the tables. https://t.co/Q4qE7UoKqS
more sense after you showed how internal nodes are stored. But more on this pls!
@BenjDicken@brianmmdev Is this specific to mysql? does all dbms like dynamo and other non relational database also use B+ tree? Cause i feel like i read somewhere the more distributed your pk + sk combo in dynamo the faster it is to query them.
