President @realDonaldTrump was correct: U.S. taxpayer funds are being stolen by corrupt foreign governments.

This is Dr. Von Batten. Today I briefed the amazing Congressman Ronny Jackson (@RepRonnyJackson) (@RonnyJacksonTX) regarding the alleged fake Nigerian presidential agency that, according to the allegations, was orchestrated by Nigerian President Bola #Tinubu's Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila (@femigbaja). According to those allegations, Mr. #Gbajabiamila turned against the agency's director, Mr. Adeyemi, after Mr. #Adeyemi allegedly refused to turn over 45% of the agency's funding allocation.

The #Nigerian national budget reportedly includes funding associated with the @WorldBankGroup. The United States is the World Bank's largest shareholder. I have assigned an associate to devote 100% of her time to this matter, and I personally briefed senior officials at @USTreasury and the World Bank this morning.

We will be reaching out to Mr. Adeyemi's Nigerian legal representative to request a sworn affidavit from Mr. Adeyemi. If obtained, we intend to provide that affidavit to every Republican (@HouseGOP @SenateGOP) and Democratic (@HouseDemocrats @SenateDems) Member of Congress for review.

To physicians: stop using specialized medical LLMs. Generic models are better.

The belief that specialized "medical" AI models are superior to generic frontier models (like GPT or Claude) is a misconception. Here is the technical reality of why generic models consistently win:

Nobody outside of a few frontier AI labs can afford to train a Large Language Model (LLM) from scratch. Instead, medical AI companies take an existing open-source model and spend months fine-tuning it on medical data.

By the time that specialized version is tested, validated, and deployed, it is already obsolete.

The pace of AI development creates a perpetual lag, e.g.:
- March 2026: A company takes a top-tier open-source model (e.g., Model X) and begins a multi-month medical fine-tuning process.
- June 2026: The specialized model is finally ready. However, the original lab has just released Model X.2, a generic upgrade so advanced it vastly outperforms the months-old medical fine-tune.

Until specialized AI companies develop automated, near-instantaneous fine-tuning pipelines that can adapt to new base models within days rather than months, generic frontier models will always hold the clinical edge.
