#google#share (ie it's link shortener) just doesn't work.
Link shorteners have been around so long, how Google come it it late and totally missed the mark?!?
Why would @Oracle and by proxy @larryellison pretend that the have rights over JavaScript? Is it corporate suicide? Do they want Nestle to take ownership of them... Or any other coffee brand that could claim rights?
@ClickHouseDB Looks like Jeremy from ClickHouse has given us some updates. The sql_console_read_only role can actually have modified permissions, so we can all ow for create temp tables from that, which is pretty cool. Thanks for your help there, Jeremy.
For people using @ClickHouseDB , how are you actually writing SQL againgts prod instances?
IDE and losing the #DevEx or using the CH Web SQL console and sacrificing #security
It sounds like a terrible choice to have to make?
Am I taking crazy pills or is it **way** more difficult to merge GoogleWorkspaces than it should be? It seems like there'll be unnecessary downtime while you just set things up. Nothing can be done upfront (?!?)
CC @GoogleWorkspaces
@Atlassian@gitlab@HashiCorp In some cases, we're trying to aggregate, so cancelling legacy ones just makes our billing easier. But when you make it this hard, we end up just cancelling the whole thing and moving to a different service
How easy it is to cancel a subscription on a product says a lot about the product. In my mind, it should be *as easy as possible* because you should want to come back quickly after you've stopped using it.
@Atlassian, @Gitlab, @Hashicorp... you all have a lot of work to do here.
@bluehostsupport almost an hour and nothing has credible happened. even worse this case was open in April.... last year. 14 mont to close an account and delete our data, no action. But support tel me "trust me we will delete it" - we did trust you, but your didnt come thru
@bluehostsupport should it take 30min of waiting in chat to get an account closed? the whole time I have been in the chat nothing has happened.... its embarrassing
@wistia genuine question - why do you limit users in any of your paid plans? Given you do this, is there any reason you don't offer "billing/admin users" that don't add to the user count? The price jump between Pro and Advance is substantial :(
@Suzierizzo1 Some of the billionaires that are self made would be fine. Some of them have been through pretty tough times, not getting paid etc. Not denying they also likely had privilege but a month is also not that bad. "Years" is the problem. Raising kids while doing it is the problem...
Do you use @ZoomInfo ?
Then you are a POS. ๐ฉ
They steal PII pretend it is business related and sell it. They provide no safe, intuitive & easy way for you to remove it.
If you use their product *you* are the problem.
@kellabyte I dont think thats a C# thing, that is *likely* very localised. Many of the C# dev i have worked with in the past are SQL guns, not something i could say for java, ruby, python....
