@SkyHelpTeam For some reason I can’t even use WiFi calling, yet I can use WhatsApp… either way, getting a bit ridiculous now - getting on for 12 hours!
The coach driver should be commended on his professionalism, as he tried to explain the situation to @BristolAirport who seemed unaware or didn’t care that we were arriving! 1505 scheduled, 2215 actual! 7+hrs & not even a complimentary bottle of water! @askryanair@OntheBeachUK
@askryanair to add to the poor experience suffered by passengers today after a 6hr delay on arrival at @BristolAirport in exceptional circumstances the staff wouldn’t let the coaches drop at the terminal, leaving disabled & elderly passengers without assistance at the coach park!
@BritishGasHelp are you obliged to answer my call as I started calling at 3.40pm and am still on hold 1hr 20 mins and counting… or am I wasting my time?
