@k3babman @racecheck @UkTriChat Not sure they would class being chased by an overweight middle aged man a ‘fun run’!

[Richard Berke @Ricberke]

Looking to do a fun run with my 5 year old twins in London this summer, any recommendations? (Ideally one with a medal at the end) @racecheck @UkTriChat

[Richard Berke @Ricberke]

@racecheck @Marathon_Mcr @HumanRaceEvents Will do, great race so will certainly review

[Richard Berke @Ricberke]

Chuffed with a PB at the @Marathon_Mcr today and great to return to my old home city for the run. Truly amazing support all the way round 🐝 @racecheck @HumanRaceEvents

@Youngys1974 @psharp3 @niftyEntries Paul is way past ‘mid life’

[Richard Berke @Ricberke]

One benefit of training for @ironman_uk is that running a marathon is only mildly terrifying. Looking forward to @Marathon_Mcr tomorrow
