I Love Training + Working @BestSTL. If you've got a question, we've got the answer. If Training isn't fun, you're not doing it right! Thoughts are always my own

@marksandspencer can someone in purchasing watch @OfficialBlueyTV as you’re stereotyping #bluey pyjamas and only putting them in the boys section. Bluey is a girl, let’s make it equal please #equality

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@OctopusEnergy Thank you for helping make my switchover easy. The team care and are highly engaged with your vision, a real achievement! (P.S Please can I have a cuddly Constantine for my daughter?🐙😁) #Octopus #greatcustomerservice

Can you explain the gap in your customer service? @ McDonaldsUK We ordered through the McDonalds app for McDelivery. Trying to report missing items and your app says contact UberEats. They didn’t pack it and seal it, McDonalds did!

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@thameswater Can you explain why the desalination plant you’ve spent 250 million on isn’t working when we need it? #poormanagement #nostrategy When you’ve fired those responsible and got it working again let us know Sarah Bentley.

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@EmiratesSupport Not impressed that specific seats paid for and confirmed are unavailable on EK431 BNE>DXB. I’d expect a professional customer service response and a courtesy email to let me know rather than finding out at checkin. What can you do to help?

@MicrosoftTeams Do we have a UK release date for this update? Hands up and more than 2x2 tiles is #critical #remoteworking. How long does it take to add basic features!

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

Why have @MicrosoftTeams been so bad today over outage. Poor communication, hours of delays and an entire working day lost for the company! #worsttime #covidー19uk @CindyRose @satyanadella compensation from SLA due

[Shiraz E @OratrixVO]

Yes indeedy. That's @TheCupEffect, alright :D Thanks for having us, @EthicalHour!

[181st Street Communications @181streetcomms]

To say thanks to @TheCupEffect for sponsoring tonight's #EthicalHour, and to celebrate our new giving partnership with @B1G1, we've given a hygiene kit to a girl in Kenya so she won't have to miss school because of her period. #MakePeriodPovertyHistory

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@WillAlder It’s a tense atmosphere here on the terrace, what will happen next?! Just when it gets interesting they’ll be an advert

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@alexanderlodge You sound like a complete twat!

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

Enjoying the #festiveflatwhite in @pret #Holborn. Tastes great, like a #mincepie. Great staff today, shame the manger was shouting at them. If you over load the person making coffee by shouting so many orders at them, change the way the system works, don't shout louder!

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

@Feeandbrown What's happened to the menu!? No smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado on deli bread 😭 #sadtimes #bringitbackplease

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]

Loved the @tedxlondon #TEDxConfidence speakers today! So #inspiring! #confidence

[RichB_STL @RichB_STL]
