@Cerrone_Battle Kind of apples to oranges- KD is mostly criticized for using burners and going after regular joes on Twitter and people just want to hate on him for taking the easy route signing with GS which amplified the criticism. JB doesn’t hide behind burners
My guess is bc of the unknown on what the driving factor is…..is it ownership or is it JB himself. If it was firmly known that it was ownership driving it then there would certainly be much more outrage directed it at but until that’s known I don’t think people will point the finger
It’s not hard to follow - they (Cs) obviously feel JB has significant value. They offered him for a top 5 player with a few picks attached bc they felt like JB was enough on his own (w/o tossing in more young players) - MIL went a different direction to rebuild through the draft not around JB. So the Cs wanting a ton of picks for JB is easy to understand bc of how highly he is regarded by them……it’s not them trying to get picks in the backside as a coup, it’s bc that’s how they value him. Personally I feel they should just keep him. Especially if they value him as high as it seems. It’s not a slight on him to be offered for Giannis, if anything it’s a compliment that the only would deal him for a player of that caliber and not pennies on the dollar
@mikefreemanNFL@BluManGroove Oh my as in - oh my that’s crazy she had to apologize for that or oh my I can’t believe she would say such a thing? I really hope it’s the former
Portland makes zero sense. There owner has made very public moves cutting cost at every chance from no playoff tshirts, not letting guys travel to away games and paying there coach the bare minimum to name just a few. Now @ShamsCharania wants us to believe that same cheapskate owner is willing to take on a $300 MIL contract? That doesn’t add up
