Looking from the US market perspective:

The CLARITY Act could create a clearer legal framework for digital assets in the US. If passed, exchanges, investment funds, and businesses would gain more transparency and confidence when participating in the crypto market.

For Pi Network, this could be a favorable factor. Over the years, Pi has focused on building its foundation with elements like KYC/KYB, aimed at strengthening user and business verification, along with blockchain technology upgrades like BN254 and Poseidon, which support advanced security mechanisms such as zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP).

These preparatory steps don't mean Pi depends on CLARITY, but if the legal environment in the US becomes clearer, Pi could have more opportunities to expand its ecosystem, attract businesses, and reach larger institutions.

CLARITY is not the deciding factor for Pi Network's success or failure.
A law can create a favorable environment, but it cannot replace the real value of an ecosystem. Pi's success still depends on these core factors:
