@currys I tried to buy a 55 inch TV online last Thursday but the site crashed on purchase. You have taken the balance off my creation account. There is no order. I have called 6 times and been to a local store who called and still no contact or resolution/help/update.

@TfL The phone lines fine. But when you speak with the staff each time they say the paperwork will be posted in 3 to 10 working days. I've been told this multiple times in the last 7 weeks. I've still yet to receive anything.

@TfL is there a problem with ulez scrappage customer service team? I have a problem with the site/account and called 7 times in 6 weeks and was assured I would receive hard copies of the forms to complete in 3-10 days each time. I've also emailed 4 times with no response.
