@Matalan ordered a suitcase and paid for next day delivery expecting it today No email confirmation but money has been taken to be told that Hermes is the issue not you and you don’t know when it will be delivered. Maybe need to sort your delivery out!
@BorisJohnson Mine pinged and I have to isolate for 12 days. That’s more than the person who actually had the covid has to. How does that work. You ring track and trace and they tell you it’s a different department but can’t tell me who to speak to
@Gateway2Lease signed a contract on the basis of a 3-4 week delivery but now it’s 8-9. Tries complaining and fobbed off. Told directors don’t speak to customers!! Sorry but customers are the people who keep you in a business
@skytv 2 weeks. Still no installation. 5 formal complaints made and no response on a single one of them?? Not sure why you feel it’s ok to ignore your new customers???????
@BritishGas got to love the way you treat customers. Putting something in email then deciding not to do it. Sending 3 different bills and being told the account holder was extremely ill in bed with covid. Then slapping a late payment and effecting someone’s credit.

@BritishGasHelp I was promised it had already ready been resolved but. It clearly hadn’t. I think it’s disgusting you have to wait 48 hours for a complaint call

@virginmedia it’s amazing how I’ve sat on hold for 2 hours waiting to speak to customer retentions and then I get hung up on. Is it only new customers you want
@ThePerfumeShop 3 weeks I’ve waited for a delivery. Hermes “have the parcel” according to the site but it’s been like that for 2 weeks. Numerous emails send to you but no response
@O2 terrible customer service. Getting customers to pay for next day guaranteed delivery on a new contract but then not delivering it and saying well it’s because I didn’t do the contract in time. Even though it was done whilst on the phone yesterday morning to the sales person.
@Hoseasons we arrived in our accommodation yesterday. Your staff were quite rude and to the point regarding Covid. We have then come in to the accommodation to this. Not only this when we went to bed one of the beds had brown stains on the sheets. £1700 for 4 nights!!!!
